2004-2-9： Visiting Group from Keio University of Japan visited the institute and exchanged views on “current China-Japan relations and the present condition of China” with Professor Zhang Yunling and Mr.Tang Shiping, Chief of Department of Security and Foreign Relations.

2004-2-5： Kathie Krumm, Advisor to World Bank of East Asia and Pacific region, and Ms Swati Ghosh, economist, visited the institute and had a talk with Professor Zhang Yunling on “Study on Regional Economic Cooperation”, “Development in East Asian Cooperation” and some other research programs of the institute.
